Checking Shop Reputation and Number of Customers
Tap the heart icon in the upper right corner of the shop.
You can check your current shop reputation, the number of online/offline customers, and the reputation score required for the next level.
The number of customers is the sum of the number of customers based on the shop reputation and the number of customers increased by the manager level.
Number of Online Customers
Meaning: The number of customers who appear at the top left of the screen at 1-second intervals when the game starts. The customers who appear will eat or drink in the shop and pay before disappearing off the screen. Then, they reappear after 1 second.
Appearance Cycle: The time it takes for one customer to appear on the screen, leave the screen, and reappear depends on the shop layout, number of waiters, number of cashiers, and cashiers' level.
Number of Offline Customers
Meaning: The number of customers visiting per minute. For example, if the number of offline customers is 10, and you restart the game 10 minutes after closing it, it will be calculated as if 100 customers visited during that time.

Manager Level and Coffee Shop Online Customers

The maximum number of online customers in the coffee shop is 30 when the shop reputation is 3,125 or higher and the manager level is 6.
The number of offline customers is calculated as half of the number of online customers. (10 online customers = 5 offline customers per minute)
Number of Gift Shop Customers
The number of customers in the gift shop is half the number of customers in the coffee shop. (20 online customers in the coffee shop = 10 online customers in the gift shop, 5 offline customers per minute)
Number of BBQ Shop Customers
The number of customers in the BBQ shop is 10 per bus dispatch interval and applies to both online and offline modes.

As the bus level increases, the bus dispatch interval decreases, increasing the number of customers in the BBQ shop.
