Checking Shop Reputation and Customer Count
Tap the heart icon in the upper right corner of the shop.
You can check your current Shop Reputation, the online/offline customer count, and the Shop Reputation score required for the next level.
Online Customer Count
Meaning: This is the number of customers who appear at the top left of the screen at 1-second intervals when the game starts. They eat or drink in the shop and pay before leaving the screen, then reappear one second later.
Appearance Cycle: The time it takes for one customer to appear on the screen, leave the screen, and reappear depends on the shop layout, number of Serving Staff, number of Cashiers, and Cashier level.
Offline Customer Count
Meaning: This is the number of customers who visit per minute. For example, if the offline customer count is 10 and you restart the game 10 minutes after closing it, the game calculates that 100 customers visited during that time.

Goods Shop Customer Count
The Goods Shop customer count is half the Coffee Shop customer count. (20 online customers in the Coffee Shop = 10 online customers in the Goods Shop, 5 offline customers per minute.)
BBQ Shop Customer Count
The BBQ Shop customer count is 10 plus the number of unlocked colors per bus interval, in both online and offline modes.
